I have been studying, practicing and sharing Tantra, Kundalini Dance, Lomi Lomi Massage, and Shamanic Practices for 15 years now. Guiding Couples and Singles into a world of Deeper Intimacy, is one of my greatest gifts. I love teaching about the Art of Eros, the Energetics of Intimacy, The Senses, Devotion, Presence, Surrender and Alchemy. I have done this Healing Work for many lifetimes. I read a-lot of books and listen to a-lot of podcasts on Tantra/Relating/Intimacy….but mainly the best experiences, have come through diving in to unique experiences of Tantra, with my loving Partners over the last 15 years. A writing journey to feel into your timeline and the most vulnerable parts, and write a story. Give your story that most positive ending.
Befriend your Shadow, the key to freedom, knowing yourself, awareness of shadow in relational dynamics, core healing, acceptance of the past and stepping into the juicy, ‘everything is possible’….. present moment.
Any negative mantra’s, turned into positive ones….cells vibrating, doors opening.
Heart, Spirit and Will, stronger than Mind.
Knowing each others story, will bring more compassion, understanding and hopefully patience, when the past arises.
Time to move it all through the body.
Kundalini Movement (a Chakra is chosen to suit your joint journey).
Breath Sound and Movement Practices to clear stagnant energy from the body and that particular chakra.
